Please note that all purchases made at Plank & Pillow are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Each art print is uniquely crafted to your specifications upon order.

We understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives with damage, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly, either through repair or replacement. To assist us in this process, we request that you report any damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need clear photographs of the damaged artwork and/or frame, as well as the packaging it came in, regardless of its condition, to move forward with your claim.

Finally, Plank & Pillow reserves the right to fully refund and not fulfill any order that is suspected to be fraudulent or made in error. Your understanding and cooperation with these policies are greatly appreciated, as they are in place to ensure the best service and product quality for all our customers.
