We understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives with damage, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly, either through repair or replacement. To assist us in this process, we request that you report any damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need clear photographs of the damaged artwork and/or frame, as well as the packaging it came in, regardless of its condition, to move forward with your claim.

Finally, Plank & Pillow reserves the right to fully refund and not fulfill any order that is suspected to be fraudulent or made in error.
